Competency Management
Competency management involves the development and identification of strategic competencies that allows the organization to achieve competitive edge. Through practical means we identify the most relevant competencies (behavioral qualities) to ensure the selection of staff with the necessary behaviors to perform effectively as well as help with the future development and strengthening of those competencies in the longer-term. Competencies are developed that are carefully aligned with the goals of the organization as it moves forward. The competencies are identified by analyzing job requirements and critical incidents that determine success. The result is a description of the required competencies in terms of observable behaviors.
