E-Customs 360°

360° feedback - gives clear feedback to executives and employees about their own behavior in their current position. In a 360° feedback assessment, people involved on different levels (executives, colleagues, employees, consumers and/or customers) are assessing the participant on a number of his/her competencies.

Assessment with a 360° overview - By means of questionnaires, the professional partners of the participant are questioned. The participant himself must also fill in the questionnaire.
